The landfill site will be open free of charge to all residents to assist you with disposing of your waste as follows:
TUESDAY, MAY 14: 8AM – 4PM
WEDNESDAY, MAY 15: 8AM – 4PM
THURSDAY, MAY 16: 8AM – 4PM
FRIDAY, MAY 17: 8AM – 4PM
SATURDAY, MAY 18: 8AM – 4PM
PUBLIC WORKS WILL ONLY BE OFFERING CURBSIDE PICKUP FROM TUESDAY, MAY 14 – THURSDAY, MAY 16. MATERIALS MUST BE ON THE CURB PRIOR TO THURSDAY @ 7:00AM. MATERIALS MAY NOT BE PICKED UP IF ADDED AFTER THIS TIME.
Restrictions:
- Pick-up applies to residential properties only – commercial and business properties are not included.
- All materials must be placed in an accessible area on the street that fronts your property.
- All yard waste/material must be cut into 3 foot lengths.
- All refrigerated appliances must be tagged. Tags are available at the Municipal Office.
- Tires, vehicle batteries, ashes, or construction/demolition materials such as garages, shed, shingles, etc. will not be picked up. Tires and demolition materials may be delivered to the landfill by owners; regular rates apply.
- Large quantities of concrete will not be picked up.
- Pressurized tanked will not be picked up (propane tanks).
- Hazardous waste will not be picked up during Spring Cleanup.
- Small quantities of motor oil can be delivered to the Public Works Yard for proper disposal.
- Public Works can no longer accept paint for disposal.
