At the Special Meeting of Council held on January 21st, the Township of Red Rock appointed Elisa McLeod as Red Rock’s new Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), effective February 9th. Mayor, Council, and staff are excited to welcome Elisa to Red Rock and look forward to working alongside her, benefiting from her leadership, experience, and dedication in this role.

Elisa brings experience in government administration, with a background in operations, leadership, human resources, and community services. She has led diverse teams, overseen public facilities and programming, and supported organizational initiatives focused on effective and responsive public service.

Outside of work, Elisa enjoys travelling and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

She looks forward to working closely with Council, staff and the community to support Red Rock’s continued growth and success.
