The Township of Red Rock invites proposals from qualified individuals or organizations for the lease and operation of the restaurant space located within the Red Rock Marina Building, commencing Spring 2026.

 

This is an excellent opportunity to operate a food service business in a scenic waterfront setting serving residents, boaters, and visitors during the busy tourism season.

 

Proposals should include:

• Description of the proposed restaurant concept
• Proposed operating hours (seasonal and/or year-round)
• Draft menu
• Relevant experience and qualifications
• Any additional information demonstrating the proponent’s ability to successfully operate the facility
• Ability to acquire a minimum insurance coverage of $1,000,000
