Red Rock Marina
Nestled on the scenic shores of Lake Superior, the Red Rock Marina offers a full-service, family-friendly facility for both seasonal and transient boaters and campers. Known for its breathtaking views of Nipigon Bay and easy access to local attractions, the marina is a popular destination for recreational boaters, anglers, and outdoor enthusiasts.
The Marina Building and Kiosk are both open seasonally, generally from June 1st to September 30th, offering visitor services, fuel sales, and on-site assistance.

Marina Camping Features:

- Walking distance to the Interpretive Centre & Recreation Centre
Camping at the Red Rock Marina is a relaxing way to enjoy Lake Superior’s beauty while staying connected to all the conveniences of the Marina Park.

The marina is part of a vibrant Marina Park that offers much more than boating:
- Splash Pad — A safe, fun water play area perfect for kids to cool off during the summer.
- Pavilion — Ideal for family gatherings, picnics, and community events.
- Expansive Green Space — Plenty of open areas for games, relaxation, and enjoying nature.
- Boardwalk — Scenic pathways along the water’s edge, perfect for a leisurely stroll and taking in stunning lake views.
Located within the marina are plenty of picnic areas, offering a relaxing spot to unwind or spend the day with family and friends and providing opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.
The Red Rock Marina Interpretive Centre is a seasonal visitor hub located within the marina building. Open during the summer months, the centre features:
- Exhibits on Lake Superior’s natural and cultural history
- Interactive displays on fishing, wildlife, and geology
- Information on local hiking trails, paddling routes, and tourist attractions
- A gift shop featuring local crafts and souvenirs
- On-site sales of items such as ice, propane, ice cream, and more
The Interpretive Centre also hosts community events throughout the summer season.
